An energetic and engaging office empowers both individuals and the organization, making
them more proactive and productive. In such workspace, "Monday feels great!" From our research into workspace design, we found there are 4 basic activities in workspace, and called them the "4C": Concentrate, Collaborate, Chillout, and Club. when people feel supported in all four activities in a workspace, they feel more inspired, productive, communicative and produce positive emotions. Therefore our office should empower all 4 activities, and when this is acheived, the workspace starts to flourish.
